Born in France, French and Swiss dual citizen, I lived in France, Belgium and Switzerland. I speak English, French and Italian.

With over 20 years of experience in building internationally recognised, high-quality brands, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight into navigating the complexities of today's business landscape.

My career includes more than 15 years as a Senior Executive with leading corporations like VF Corp and Amer Sports, where I honed my expertise in brand strategy, global market expansion, and leadership development.

This journey has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges that organisations and individuals face, from growth and innovation to adaptability in changing markets. I am passionate about helping teams thrive and driving impactful results across diverse industries.

I am a seasoned executive with 15 years in senior leadership roles at major corporations, where I've managed turnovers of up to €150M and led teams of over 400 people. I specialise in 360° rebranding, covering everything from brand identity and marketing to product strategy, and hold extensive Pro t & Loss (P&L) accountability. My experience includes overseeing partnerships with professional athletes, event organisers, and international sports organisations.

I am skilled in pitching, securing, and collaborating with nancial investors, and am recognised as an expert in the sports, outdoor, and fashion industries by leading consultancies and private equity firms.

With deep expertise in due diligence and fundraising, I have also founded three start-up companies in Switzerland. Additionally, I bring valuable experience as a board member.

AMER SPORTS

As Global Vice President of Salomon and a board member at Amer Sports European Center, I also served on the Amer Sports Board of Directors and Salomon's steering board. I led global operations for Salomon Apparel & Gear, achieving a €150M turnover with a 5% EBIT. My role included building a high-performing team by hiring seven directors, establishing Salomon as a brand leader in mountain trail running.

VF CORPORATION

As Vice President and General Manager for Reef EMEA, I led global operations across the region, achieving an €80M turnover with a 10% EBIT. My accomplishments included hiring five directors, launching a new swimwear collection, and converting ve distributors into subsidiaries. In my role as Vice President and General Manager for Jeanswear Europe, I directed the European operations for the brand portfolio, reaching a €100M turnover with a 5% EBIT and expanding the leadership team with three new directors. Previously, as Commercial Director for France, I oversaw the Mass Brands portfolio.

FUSALP

As Managing Director, I revitalised the brand by reconnecting it with its heritage, launching the Fusalp 1952 collection and securing listings in 15 premier ski stores worldwide. Additionally, I expanded the brand's global reach by onboarding three distributors across North America, Asia, and Europe.
